Delete Your Account

BONND is operated by BONND App, Inc., a Delaware corporation. This page explains how to permanently delete your BONND account and associated data. You do not need to sign in to access this information.

Delete your account in the app

You can permanently delete your BONND account directly within the mobile app:

Open the BONND app and sign in
Go to Account → Personal Details
Tap Delete Account and confirm your request

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and associated account data from BONND.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, you may request account deletion by email:

Include the phone number associated with your BONND account

Our team will process your deletion request.

Data retention

Certain information may be retained for up to 90 days for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance purposes, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
